Refunds, Replacements, or Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, please let me know and it will be replaced. In the event that I don't have more of the same crystals or wood, I will issue a refund unless we agree upon a suitable replacement.

I require items for exchange or replacement be sent back via Priority Mail. I will also send the replacement via Priority Mail. To return your product, you should mail using Priority Mail to: Lima Pop Shoppe, 1901 Mitman Road, Easton PA 18040-8250, United States

Please contact me within 14 days of receipt, and return item within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at limapopshoppe@gmail.com and send your item to: Lima Pop Shoppe, 1901 Mitman Road, Easton PA 18040-8250, United States.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Domestic: Items are shipped via USPS, First Class Mail. Upgrades are available.

Priority Mail includes insurance and the ability to track the package. It also means items will arrive quicker than First Class mail.

Overseas: Items are shipped First Class International.

You will be notified of the shipping date and tracking information (when available).

IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs charges and taxes.



While packages generally arrive MUCH sooner, please allow Domestic delivery up to 2 weeks, and 4-5 weeks for International delivery. Delays due to weather or man-made disasters are possible.
